Daphne is a small (system tray) program for eliminating, managing and debugging Windows' procedures. It was created to destroy a ms windows procedure and became almost a process administrator alternative. You can destroy a procedure by pulling the rabbit over the ms windows, by right-clicking the procedure in the primary procedure record, or by writing its name with the "Kill all by name" control. You can set a any screen to be always on top, to be clear, to be allow, etc.
